This is a Tattoo Party that lasts 3 days from Friday September 27th to Sunday September 29th. It will be held in Dayton's newly renovated Convention Center and will celebrate the rich history of tattooing in all styles. We will be featuring hundreds of artists participating in the "Flash Art Festival" all 3 days. These artists will be offering thousands of designs to choose from for your next tattoo... And the best news is a majority of these designs will go for $100 or less!
